With a multi-million dollar net worth, it was very easy for Washington to move into a lavish mansion in Los Angeles. Judd Apatow & Leslie Mann - $11.5 Million, Malibu

For instance, his house in Bel Air shows exactly what his lifestyle philosophy is and it is of a rather outrageous size - 31,000 square feet to be exact! Although it has cost him millions to turn his baby project into an eco-resort, we doubt it even made a dent in his bank account. The island can now host up to 36 residential homes and 36 villas. However, it's currently being sold at almost $5 million each. Everything in the place would be eco-friendly: from the food to the vehicles.

Tom Brokaw - $6.3 Million, New York

In 2018, we learned that television journalist and author Tom Brokaw decided to get rid of his beautiful country estate. The NBC Nightly News anchor and his wife, Meredith, bought the property way back in 1998 for $4.25 million. After enjoying the vacation getaway for about 20 years, they decided to sell. His asking price for what has been a family retreat for decades is $6.3 million. The house includes four bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and boasts a European style. It hit the market in June 2018 but we don't know whether it has been sold yet.

Food blogger Ree Drummond enjoys delicious meals with her family in a quaint home in Oklahoma. Ree, who has a cooking show and a blog called The Pioneer Woman, has decorated her gorgeous deluxe house according to her tastes. We don't know how much she invested in her family home. But with the $50 million fortune that she has acquired, it was probably an easy purchase for her. Ree's blog was named Weblog of the Year three years in a row (2009, 2010, and 2011). She published her first cookbook in 2009 followed by another one in 2012.

Stacey Solomon & Joe Swash - $2.61 Million, London

After dating for three years, television star Stacey Solomon and her boyfriend Joe Swash moved in together in October 2018. The couple, along with Stacey's two sons Zachary and Leighton, moved in the London property complete with a walk-in closet. BRUCE WILLIS - $9 MILLION, BEDFORD, NEW YORK

For his years of acting in action-packed roles and dramatic scenes, it's only right that Bruce Willis spends his hard-earned money wherever he wants to. Thankfully, he didn't spend it on any sort of frivolous purchase his financial advisor would disagree with. Instead, he got himself a nice, 8,400 square feet mansion in Bedford, New York. The $9-million home has right baths and five bedrooms. In addition to that, it also has a state-of-the-art security system (not that he'd need it, because, come on, that's Bruce Willis!)

Heidi Klum - $24 Million, L.A.

Supermodel and TV star Heidi Klum’s has been reaping the dividends of her career, and a 12,300-square-foot home seems like a great place to kick her feet up after a long day. Klum’s Italian-inspired villa in L.A. spreads out across 8.5 acres of land, and the property encompasses everything from eight bedrooms to a children's playhouse - all of which are decorated with careful elegance to the exquisite taste of the model.

Drake - $7.7 Million, Hidden Hills

Rapper Drake admits to having his sights set on the Hidden Hills estate for a long time and even though its original asking price was $27 Million, Drake snatched up his dream home for only $7.7 million. The paradise is complete with a gigantic set of swimming pools, waterfalls, and over-the-top decorated man-cave-type rooms that include a few secret passageways. You have to give the man some credit; he certainly knows his home investment options.

Well, if we bought an $8-million property, we'd sure love to design it ourselves as well! Vanna White – $47.5 Million, Beverly Hills

The woman who became famous as the hostess of the game show Wheel of Fortune can afford quite a luxurious lifestyle. Well, considering the fact she has been hosting the show since 1982, it seems right that she is able to purchase some expensive property such as this. Except that she listed this impressive Beverly Hills abode for $47.5 million in 2017. Vanna White used to call this Tuscan-style mansion her home but we don't know why she decided to sell. Perhaps the 5.08-acre estate was too big for her.

Burt Reynolds - $3.3 Million, Florida

Actor, director, and producer Burt Reynolds died of a heart attack on September 6, 2018. Reynolds lived in this lovely Florida mansion that he was renting for a reportedly low price. The late actor was doing well at one point in his career so it came as a shock when he filed for bankruptcy. He sold this 7-bedroom mansion to his friend Charles Modica in 2015 for $3.3. million and Charles let him stay there while charging him minimal rent. 

ANGELINA JOLIE - $24.5 MILLION, LOS FELIZ

To freshen things up and spice it up a bit, Angelina Jolie decided that Cecil. B. DeMille's lovely mansion in Laughlin Park would be the perfect purchase. Now, as part of the star-studded community, Jolie enjoys her 6-bedroom house that has a modern kitchen and a large dining area. For the multi-Grammy winner singer, Adele, buying a home worth $9.5 million doesn't break a sweat. Well, if she does have her financial advisor behind her back, we couldn't say it's a bad investment. The 6,500 square feet property sits on Hidden Valley, Beverly Hills as part of a guarded community. The place has four bedrooms, each with a fireplace, two dining rooms, two living rooms, and two baths. Plus, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets. We hope she also has a nice alarm system.

COURTNEY COX - $33 MILLION, MALIBU

Friends star Courteney Cox certainly earned a fortune with the show; which is why her net worth is so massive she can easily purchase a $33-million home in Malibu without the need of a loan. Her seafront Malibu place has five bathrooms, four bedrooms, a tennis court, screening room, saltwater swimming pool, and several guest cottages. However, Courtney didn't exactly need the help of a whole team of interior designers as she has designed it first hand and spent almost a decade doing it. She plans on renovating it soon.

Novak Djokovic - $15 Million, Miami

When the second best Tennis Player in the world isn’t winning record-breaking titles, he is unwinding in a luxury condo in his exclusive Eighty-Seven Park complex in Miami. The property is a five-bedroom unit with a large dining area ideal for hosting and surrounded by lush green areas and a private garden. Don't be envious of Djokovic’s home because he pays more in home insurance than you do in mortgage payments.

Minnie Driver - $2.5 Million, Hollywood Hills

Unlike many other celebrity homes, Minnie Driver’s $2.5-million Hollywood Hills home has a lived in, cozy feel to it, that makes it worth the money spent in its purchase. The unique décor of the home got it a spot on an issue of Elle Décor. And while we worry that the gypsy-inspired arrangement may be a few furniture items away from being a booby trap where you can easily slip and fall over something, we have to admit that the style is worth all the trouble.

Tommy Hilfiger - $27.5 Million, Florida

You may know the name Tommy Hilfiger, but it is his lifestyle that seems a little out of the spotlight. The fashion designer has worked his way up to international fame and affluence and is reaping the dividends in millions of earnings. That said, his Golden Beach Estate is anything but average. The property boasts 14,079 square feet and has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four entertainment rooms - to say the least. And oh, it has a giant Micky Mouse statue, too.

Joe Theismann - Undisclosed Amount, Tennessee

Some of his most popular roles were in Buddies, Half Baked, and  Robin Hood: Men in Tights. Chappelle lives in a deluxe house in Ohio which he bought way back in 2005. Although, how much it cost him to buy the house remains undisclosed. The house, which is about 3,154 square feet, gives Chappelle and his family all the privacy they need. Back in 2018, Chappelle won a Primetime Emmy Award for his stand-up special titled Dave Chappelle: Equanimity.

Christina El Moussa - $4.1 Million, Newport Beach

Christina El Moussa is best known for starring in the reality show called Flip Or Flop. Christina co-starred with her former husband, Tarek, on the show. But now that they're not together anymore, Christina will be starring in her own show titled Christina On The Coast. The Newport Beach property in the photo above is reportedly the first house that will be featured on the first episode of Christina's new show which will air in Spring 2019. The Obama Family - $5.7 Million, Washington, D.C

America’s former number one family used to live in a 132-room, 35-bathroom white house – but all that space may have denied them the luxury of a cozy home. Their new home is an 8,200-square-foot Washington property with five bedrooms and a built-in fireplace located in a prestigious location. It is widely known that old houses kept in top shape are real estate gold, so this might prove to be a substantial investment for the Obamas.

Jase Robertson - $1.4 Million, Louisiana

There is actually 75 acres of pastureland fenced in and winding hiking trails through the beautiful woods, leading to a 60-seater private pavilion for concerts. Lambert announced in February 2019 that she married Brendan McLoughlin - what a shocker!

When Mandy Moore decided to upgrade herself, she decided to upgrade everything else, too - including her lifestyle. And when that happened, it was only apparent that she'd be moving into an equally stylish home. Certainly, her 3,551 square feet home with a price tag of $2.5 million was more than enough to cover it. Sam Elliott is a world-renown actor nominated for one Oscar, two Golden Globes, and numerous other awards. He is known to audiences for his trademark lanky physique, resonant and deep voice, and a signature thick mustache. He owes his cowboy image to his many successful roles throughout the ‘60s and the ‘70s. Sam was most recently seen in 2018s A Star Is Born, for which he got his Oscar nomination for best supporting actor. He is married to the actress Katherine Ross since 1984. Glee star Lea Michele seems rather satisfied with her low-key address away from the noise and curious tourists – and perhaps fans. Michele opted for a 4-bedroom Hollywood party house, in West LA – an irony, since it serves as an oasis to her. The $3.3-million mansion has been featured in Style's Home & Design issue and includes rooms painted in warm calming colors and a spacious backyard. Maybe her financial advisor gave her the go-signal for this purchase.

 

Michael Phelps - $2.5 Million, Scottsdale

After the conclusion of the summer games, the famous "Human Fish" nestled into a 6,000 square feet,  5-bedroom home in Scottsdale complete with six baths and a huge kitchen, formal dining room, and four fireplaces. The $2.5-million home should be quite an attractive pick among real estate property investors. His choice of an investment may well be his way also of picturing what it would be like once he reaches retirement.

Seth Meyers - $7 Million, Greenwich Village

The Late Night host lives in a 5-bedroom home in Greenwich Village, and the 2-story, 3,000 square feet duplex is a short walk from the Washington Square Park. The property has a stunning view of the Empire State building and Hudson river and more than 30 windows. If you find the time to watch more of his shows on TV, he could buy some more of these houses - it doesn’t help you or your mortgage troubles, but it certainly helps him increase his earnings.

These days, the (in)famous film producer is facing numerous physical harassment charges, but he may be dealing with divorce in a near future as well since his fashion designer-wife has reportedly left him. Well, at least that was Bon Jovi’s asking price in 2013.
